Aviyana HR Solutions, a division of Aviyana Ventures Pvt. Ltd., began its journey as RPG Ventures in 2013 as a Proprietary Firm and transitioned to a Private Limited company in December 2015.

Founded by Dr. Ravindra Pratap Gupta, RPG Ventures was established with a clear vision to deliver expert Human Resource Consultancy, Recruitment, and Staffing Solutions across various sectors including Healthcare, Retail, IT, and ITES.
